This project was a full house restoration to bring the home back to its turn-of-the-century grandeur. The home had been a luxurious home nestled in Rosedale. The rooms featured include a fully restored attic with painted panelling detail and plaster cornice moulding, and an alcove with seating and built-in storage. Detailed attention was paid to restoring lead-lined windows, with family crest features. The restoration process included: meticulously cleaning the wood and, replicating missing or broken moulding sections using custom millwork. Walnut-stained hardwood was featured through the home in the flooring and window casings, panelling, chair-rails and plate-rails. All of the homes five fireplaces were restored.
