This project was part of whole home renovation. In addition to remodelling the entire 1st floor, we renovated the deck and porch. The wrought-iron railing was custom made to match the existing railing on the 3rd floor balcony. On the left side of the home windows were reconfigured, as a result the replacement stucco was required to be a perfect match for colour and texture – I think we nailed it!
